How many photos do I need?
Start with one clear photo. Studio checks the supported file format and size before generation.
Is my preview a physical figurine?
No. Your preview is a digital visual concept. Size, package and other physical options are chosen separately before ordering.
Where do I find my saved concepts?
Sign in to the same account and open My Concepts. Your original photo and saved concept stay linked to that account.
When will I see the price?
Studio shows the available physical options and their current prices. Review your item total before adding it to the cart. Shopify calculates shipping and taxes at checkout.
What if my generation is interrupted?
Return to Studio and check the existing generation status. Do not start another request while the first is still being checked.
Is a visual concept the same as a production proof?
Your visual concept helps you choose a design before ordering. A production proof, when required, is a separate review for preparing the physical figurine.
Do physical options create another preview?
No. Size, package and available extras use your selected saved concept. Changing these physical options does not generate another preview.
Can I browse styles before starting?
Yes. Explore the six styles and their examples. Choose Let’s Create on a style detail to take that style into Studio.
